Before you go to a bridal show:
Don’t forget to checkout upcoming bridal shows on our events page at BrideAccess.com.
Of course make sure you check out what is going on, are there fashion shows, are there giveaways? Plan your time accordingly to make sure to hit the highlights you want and have time to go see all of the great vendors either before or after. If you want time to talk to the vendors, sometimes going when the show first opens or closer to when it ends is best, when they are not inundated with other questioning brides.

Vendors will often ask you to fill out information about you and your wedding. Go prepared so that you don’t get writer’s cramp! Create a couple of sheets of sticky address labels with pertinent information. This will help you save time and a more enjoyable experience. Here are some suggestions:
- Bride’s full name
- Groom’s full name
- Wedding Date
- Contact information (email, phone number#, address – whichever you feel most comfortable giving out)
- Wedding budget
While you are there:
While at a bridal show, make sure to take some time and go by all of the vendors, don’t skip any aisles or displays. Maybe you will see just what you were looking for, or get new ideas for creative ways to make your wedding special. It may seem like information overload, but make sure to bring a little notebook to jot down ideas while you are there. Get information from vendors you are interested in so that you have their contact information. Make sure to ask questions of the vendors, they will be happy to answer them.

After the bridal show:
Go thru all the information that you received during the show… you will probably have quite a bit, sort thru, decide what you want and don’t want… but make sure to keep options open if you haven’t yet decided what you want do to in a certain category. Do your research so that you can make sure that you have the right ideas and vendors for your wedding.
Also, visit BrideAccess.com to see if the vendor is listed there. You will be able to gather more information about that vendor on the BrideAccess.com website.
Happy Hunting for Everything… except the Groom!!!
