STEP 2 RESURFACE:
The epidermis of your skin is the top layers where fine lines, wrinkles and sun-damage are present. You can reverse the hands of time by resurfacing. There are two types of resurfacers; chemical and manual the first two below are chemical. Our products are powerful yet gently resurface.
Treat you face as though it’s your favorite piece of furniture. Do not over resurface by exfoliating that would be like taking a sander to your favorite piece of furniture. By over exfoliating your skin will become thin. Thin skin is not healthy skin.
Resurfacing is mandatory for anti aging, it gives birth to new skin cells. Babies cellular turnover is 2 weeks, at age 65 it’s13 weeks. We have three products in this category.
When you resurface it is crucial that you use sun screen.
When choosing a manual resurfacer (facial scrub) be sure to avoid Apricot, nuts, salts, diamonds and sugars as they all have rough edges and create micro-tears in your skin, leaving behind a breeding ground for bacteria and infections.
