Oily skin is healthy skin & also needs to be moisturized, oily skin is due to lack of moisturizer, skin produces more oil to balance oil to water ratio. If you are using sulfates in your cleanser your skin will produce more oil.
Moisturizers are better absorbed if warmed between fingers before applying to the skin.
