In addition to doing bridal makeup for private clients, Anna K Findlay of Anna K Style (www.annakstyle.com) has been a professional hair and makeup stylist for television, feature film, and theater for the past eight years. She is on the cutting edge of makeup technique and has some advice for brides on their big day.
“I feel that makeup should make the scene but not be seen. Makeup does its job best when it enhances your natural beauty without calling attention to itself. You want to be the best you that can be, but you don’t want to look painted,” says Anna K.
